VIP is an integral service provider for the developer MDV Developments which aims to provide affordable low-cost luxury housing to the community. The extensions of the development of Wilfodon, Roodepoort is part of that vision. VIP Consulting Engineers provides the facilitation of services to these developments.
Since inception in 2004, MDV successfully completed more than 6000 bonded houses including 900 sectional title units and the servicing of more than 2000 residential stands. A large portion of the sectional title units completed have been retained for rental purposes. MDV is active in five provinces being Gauteng, North West Province, Northern Province, KZN and Mpumalanga. All aspects of property development, including the purchase, rezoning and servicing of green fields land to the construction of top structures, are undertaken by MDV. MDV’s and VIP Engineering’s focus is on providing quality, affordable housing timeously.
