VIP Consulting Engineers was appointed to develop, design, and monitor construction of all external and internal civil services, around and in the Maranatha Church site, in Riverfields Kempton Park. These services included all internal and external access roads, stormwater and water systems, parking area on the site, a 5000m² concrete basement parking structure for the church, and the new attenuation pond found on site.
VIP was also entrusted with the design and construction monitoring of the bulk earthwork terraces of the Maranatha Christian School adjacent to the Maranatha Community Church.
