VIP Consulting Engineers (VIP) was appointed by JT Ross Properties (Pty) Ltd as Consulting Civil Engineers for the provision of civil engineering infrastructure for Consolidated Erf 844 in the township development of Erand Gardens Extension 33, Situated on portion 784, Randjiesfontein 405-JR.
The works comprise the following:
- i) The construction of a 12 500m3 terrace in cut-to fill operations for the consolidated Erf 844, maneuvering areas and parking areas.
- ii) Underground stormwater infrastructure for the parking areas around consolidated Erf 844 office.
- iii) Water, fire and sewer connections.
- iv) Upgrading of external roads and sidewalks.
