EMPLOYER’S OBJECTIVES
The aim of the project was to construct internal civil engineering infrastructure for the development of Plumbago Business Park.
OVERVIEW OF THE WORKS
The Works consisted of the construction of roads, stormwater, sewer and water network infrastructure in accordance with the drawings approved by the local municipality.
EXTENT OF WORKS
The works consisted of the following:
- Site establishment and compliance with contractual requirements.
- 560m of water network was installed.
- 3180m of sewer network was installed.
- 11400m² of paved road surfacing.
- 805m stormwater network.
LOCATION OF THE WORKS
Plumbago Business Park is a new commercial estate in Kempton Park.
