VIP constructed the internal civil engineering infrastructure for the new manufacturing and distribution plant for Caterpillar located in Kempton Park. The appointment included the provision of potable water reticulation, fire water network, gravitational sewer network as well as bulk earthworks for building terraces and stormwater retention ponds.
